The most important qualities and skills, employers look for are: organized and
positive people, team-oriented, quick to think, and people with leadership.

1. Employers look for someone who is proficient in a particular function and who has the
right personality and behaviours, essential for successful working.
2. Most of employers need people to be hard workers, self-motivated and team-oriented
I do not understand the way this part explains what it is important to work under pressure,
this is wrong. Sometimes work under pressure is a bad idea for people who fight against
stress or depression.
6. What do you think are the most important qualities and skills in your profession?
As a psychologist, most important qualities and skills i think someone must have
are: be dedicated, organized, a library and books looks, be patient and have the best
behavior.
