You are required to assess complex care needs including physically health and spiritual needs
Plan, implement and evaluate care that reflects care needs and promotes health, autonomy and dignity and
that also recognises and responds to people with terminal illness where appropriate

You must submit your completed workbook as part of your summative assessment for your
unit: ‘Integrated nursing care for people experiencing mental health problems with complex needs’ –
NMH014-3.
