PURPOSES

1. To what extent would you use real-world task in your teaching? What do you think
are advantages and disadvantages of this?
If we get to the point of being curious about what a real-life situation is like, I feel
it deserves a place in the learning process. It would assist the pupils in being aware of
the possible outcomes. However, we cannot always make such assumptions about how
things will turn out.

2. How important is the presentation and subsequent practice for particular skills,
strategies or language items in ESP Teaching?
It enhances the learning process by allowing pupils to be more spontaneous and
encouraging them to learn for the sake of learning. Such characteristics would be
traditional, and they would foster good educational institutions.

3. Describe any experience scaffolding (as a teacher or learner) that you have
experience.
I had such a strong foundation of tracking strategy thanks to my instructor's
constant encouragement to work hard and put my back into it. It inspires us students to
be more creative and unique in our work, which really aids the learning process at the
time.
