Teachers of English for particular purposes (ESP) can use needs analysis to
identify their students' major requirements or needs and establish where they are
deficient in skills. Teachers of English for particular purposes (ESP) can use needs
analysis to identify their students' major requirements or needs and establish where
they are deficient in skills. Writing, reading, and speaking skills were also noted to be in
higher demand than others. Organizations can use needs analysis to become more
proactive in addressing possible concerns before they become problems. One of the
most important benefits of needs analysis is the ability to identify gaps in employees'
knowledge and abilities before they become real problems that affect the organization.

The value of language needs analysis in second language learning research

cannot be overstated in terms of its accuracy in detecting learners' requirements. A
requirements analysis to examine the needs for ESP related themes is the most
prevalent inquiry in English for Specific Purpose (ESP). Many assertions have been
made in prior research on ESP requirements analysis, and many of these studies
employed a quantitative and qualitative approach to data collection, using interviews
and questionnaires.

2. In your own idea give the importance of syllabus.

A syllabus serves as an agreement between you and your pupils. It's critical,
then, that the contract's conditions are explicit and that students understand what's
expected of them. The syllabus outlines your expectations for the level of work you
expect from your students and instructs them on how to prepare for class. A well-written
syllabus reflects the tone and philosophy of the learning environment by providing
information, anticipating questions, providing logistical information, and conveying the
tone and philosophy of the learning environment.
