This document is the basic information for the new I-House residents before checking in.

We hope this will be helpful.

＊＊ I-House cannot receive the luggage and others before your arrival.
＊＊ I-House is a dormitory. There is no service as the hotel.

2. Check in
You can enter I-House from the first day of the Period of Residence. Please confirm with
the attached file, the PERMISSION OF RESIDENCE.
Moving in the morning is recommended. Because it needs a time for you going out to a
nearby store buying the following items such as bedlinen. (Refer to No.6)

3. RAs & I-House Orientation

There are Resident Assistants (RAs) in I-House. RAs are the students of Saitama
University who live in I-House and support international students. They will hold I-House
Orientation, which will be held when you move in or soon after you move in.

4. Bill
You will receive the bill of the rent and other costs in the middle of every month.
The details of the way to pay will be announced in the orientation of I-House and written in
the document which you will receive with the bill.

6. What residents need to buy

There are not any dishes, kitchenware, towels, etc.
The following list is what we think you need to buy as soon as possible.
Dishes, kitchenware, sponge, soap, towels, bathmat, toilet paper, tissue paper,
hangers, bed pad, sheets, pillow, blanket, etc.

If you take a taxi, please show the map and the following message to the driver and tell the
driver that you would like to go to I-House if you take a taxi from near stations.
