Name: Pangilinan, Maria Angela Q. Score:__________

Course, Time & Day: BSMT1-1D/ 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM/ SAT Date: 03-20-2021

Problem Solving: Show your complete solution and interpret the results.

1. Construct a frequency distribution of the ages of 40 patients with hypertension at

hospital X from the given data, with lowest class interval of 20 – 25. Construct a histogram
and a frequency polygon of the frequency distribution. Also the less than cumulative
frequencies, greater than cumulative frequencies, and the class marks of every
class interval.
