What is the business strategy of
our company?
Cup o' Joe Company uses the co-opetition business strategy because we believe
that it strengthen our company to develop new market opportunities, formulate
strong business strategies which cover a larger world and produce products and
services that will lead the company to become the leading player in the coffee
industry. Also It allows the organizations to combine our expertise with that of
others to create a more complete solution for customers. Rather a game with one
winner and one loser, competitors become collaborators, who develop solutions
that allow everyone including the customer to win.
