Workshop “Products and services”.

1. Find the main idea of paragraphs 1, 2, 9, 10, 11, and 12, and write them in a
paragraph.

 Developing: Three factors combine to reshape the foundations of the modern

economy. First, the digital revolution dramatically increases the reach,
flexibility, and agility of businesses. Second, international competition attracts
millions of new workers and consumers, and third, cultural and structural
trends change the nature of socio-economic interactions. Business-related
services are often critical to making products attractive to the consumer,
driving progress. The hyperconnected economy inherently depends on making
Europe's service sector more dynamic, productive and integrated. With this
new system, new problems and opportunities are emerging that are driving
these three developments. The technological revolution has ensured that the
internet and digital communications are general-purpose technologies that
transform economies as profoundly as it has over the years. The slow progress
of Europe at the technological level has delayed several sectors of the
economy, but with the implementation of a new, more veiled technology
system, it is intended to gain lost ground.

2. Write a summary of ten lines from the text.

The world has changed a lot since the implementation of digital technologies,
therefore it can be deduced that for this to happen, three values of progress were generated,
such as technological innovation, cultural trends and the ways to enter a market, therefore
Within this context, technology has been a fundamental pillar of large economies that in the
case of Europe has been a little behind, but with the new political and technological regime
that this continent has, it is intended to quickly recover that position at the international level
with the implementation of new cutting-edge technologies. International markets have
evolved and researched a lot about cross-border markets, which has generated day-to-day
competition from those who position themselves better, generating new trading strategies with
digital technologies.
3. Choose a paragraph and translate it with your own words

Paragraph 13:
Cars have become computers on wheels. Technology has revolutionized the
automotive industry as exemplified by the TESLA brand. Electronics and automation have
become key components of the assembly line.

meaning of each word.
