Target market

The target audience for Braid & Twine is individuals with passion in turning scrap in to a piece of art. In
Taytay Rizal, there is a certain problem on Tailor Scraps and our team have proposed a new idea about
making the scraps in to a fine art. It's difficult to promote it at first because this is a new Company in this
current industry.. Our Company was known for producing fashionable items in a junk scrap from others.

Industry Description

According to the Braid and Twine Association, fashion expenditures in the Taytay Rizal. totaled slightly
over ₱1.5 in 2020, up from ₱600 thousand in 2015, an increase of 25% in 5 years. This includes:

Clothes: ₱600,000

Shoes:₱ 500,000

Accessories:₱ 400,000

These figures reflect the increasing number of in demand and at is showing no signs of waning. More
and more people consider their fashion as part of their lifestyle. accordingly. Joan Ramos, then director
of marketing (2010-2020) for Braid and Twines which operates both company-owned and franchise
stores across the country, says, "People are looking for more these days—absolutely. We see a lot now
in higher-end products, people are demanding more for their fashion." And, because people want the
best for their lifestyle, there is also an increasing demand for Fashion Lifestyle. Across marikina and
Rizal, the fashion business has seen an explosion of growth over the last ten years.

Taytay is an affluent area with a high fashion density, an ideal market for a fashion-scrap business such
as Braid and Twine. People in this area not only have huge number of manufacturers of some tailoring
based item also they can afford to spend money on fashion and are willing to do so. Our market
research has shown that nine out of 10 fashion gurus polled in Taytay Rizal would prefer to have their
fashion statements will came other than other places and seven out of ten chose that they are willing to
accept new styles that our country will provide.

Evaluation of Completion
While there are currently eight businesses offering this kind of business in Taytay Rizal , only three offer
new styles of fashion every year and 2 are scrap based. Currently, there is no single company
dominating the market. This may be because all of the fashion line businesses are relatively new; the
oldest, Kristie Couture has only been in business five years. However, half of the existing fashion line/
based businesses control the majority of the market—are on Demand together make up 25% of the
market. Braid and Twine marketing strategy is to emphasize the quality of fashionable items we provide.
As our slogan, "Turn scraps in a piece of art" says, we are encouraging people to appreciate the recycled
scrap based fashion items. In our marketing, we will be emphasizing the quality and of the products that
we provide.

We will also offer some products that are currently unique, such as scrap based fashion items. We are
trained and every product are clean and well sanitized before showing it to the market. To promote the
safe shopping for our customers.
