Teamwork skills are the qualities and abilities that allow university
students to work well with the others meetings, conversation or other
collaboration. So, some students prefer to teamwork because teamwork brings them to work towards a common goal. Whether you like it or not, teamwork is essential. It is an important soft skill that every student in a national education institution should acquire. As a result, here are some suggestions for other students who want to improve their teamwork skills at university. Firstly, students need to develop the courage to talk. The reason why is because a good member of a team should have the confident to voice their opinion without stammering. Each member of the team must have good communication with each other. In addition, the students need to build a great relationship between each member of the team so there will be no barrier between them. As a result, the team will be more open in sharing ideas to the team. Afterwards, the true definition of teamwork could be achieved when all of the members responsibility of their job in the team. So, the team should have an organization with leader giving directions to the member and each of the member need to play their part perfectly. Before that, the students need to decide who is the perfect model to be the leader which who is capable to handle the team professionally. For this reason, the outcome of the task or assignment would be superb. In conclusion, the students can develop teamwork skills by fulfill the criteria of being a good member. By that, the task given would be a piece of cake because each members know what they are doing in the team.
