COMPLIANCE
Petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully states:

1. That on 10 January 2018, it received an order from this

Honorable Court directing it to rectify the failure to indicate in its
petition complete material dated particularly the date of receipt
of the assailed Decision ____________ and the date of filing of
the motion for reconsideration thereto likewise, to submit a
clearly legible duplicate original or certified true copy of the
assailed Decision dated __________ of the National Labor
Relations Commission within five (5) days therefrom;

2. In compliance with the above order, Petitioner hereby rectify its

statement in its Petition and therefore states that:

a. On __________, Petitioner received a copy of the order

of the National Labor Relations Commission Eight
Division and timely filed its Motion for Reconsideration on
__________ through a licensed courier (LBC) which was
duly received by the Honorable Office on
____________thru a representative ___________. Copy
of the LBC Tracking Receipt is hereto attached as Annex
“A”;

b. Likewise, Petitioner hereby submits copy of the duplicate

original of the Decision dated ____________ of the
National Labor Relations Commission and hereto
attached as Annex “B”;
 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the foregoing

compliance be noted, admitted.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
