MOTION FOR RESETTING

COMES NOW the undersigned counsel for the defendant and to this
Honorable Court, most respectfully states:

1. That the continuation of the hearing of this case for the reception of
Plaintiffs’ evidence has been set on September --_______________ in the
afternoon;

2. Defendants’ counsel will undergo tooth extraction due to continuing ache

on his molar which is no longer bearable and will take about a week to
have it healed after dental assistance;

3. By reason of this present dental predicament of herein defendants’ counsel

he is seeking relief from this Honorable Court to have the September 21,
2023 hearing be reset to another schedule;
4. This Motion is filed in good faith and is not intended to delay the
proceedings in this case.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Motion for Resetting

be granted.

Other reliefs are sought for.
