One day while cleaning our front yard, heard small voices asking for help.

I was bothered and tried to

look around. And to my surprise, I found unopened face mask box in bushes. The voices came from
inside.

When I opened it, they shouted in chorus “ please use us, use us please!”

Then I asked them, “What happened to you? Why are you in the bushes?”

“we were dumped by the former owner! They told us that we are now useless since Covid 19 cases are
going down already. “ they narrated.

“OMG!” in shocked. “that is very irresponsible!”” does he know how dangerous that can be!” I added.

The face masks explained the importance of face masks.

“Masks and face coverings can prevent the wearer from transmitting the COVID-19 virus to others and
may provide some protection to the wearer. Many people who have COVID-19 don’t show symptoms
but can still spread the virus through droplets that escape from the mouth when speaking, sneezing and
coughing. Universal mask use can significantly reduce virus transmission in the community.”

“yes you are correct” I replied. I also added the proper way of using face masks.
“Don’t touch your or your child’s mask while it is being worn.
Don’t wear the mask under your chin with your nose and/or mouth exposed.
Don’t leave your nose and/or mouth uncovered.
Don’t remove the mask while around others in public.
Don’t share your mask with family members or friends.”

“Why he dumped us?” they cried

“Don’t worry my dear face masks, from now on, I will use you and I will share some of you to my family
and friends.” I assured them.

In happiness they shouts “ yehey, we will be put into good use” “thank you for being responsible”
