What i have learned
1. The term "standard of conduct" refers to the Indemnitee's behavior in relation to
which a claim is brought that was done in good faith and that the Indemnitee
reasonably believed to be in, or not contrary to.
2. "culture" is defined as the sum of all taught behaviors passed down from generation
to generation by a given social group. Everything of that nature is included,
including social organization and family structure, governance and relations with
outsiders, as well as technology, cuisine, couture, architecture, arts and crafts,
literature and lore, religion and ritual, and so on. the term "society" refers to
groups of individuals. And it refers not only to large, overarching groups like
ethnicity, nationality, religious community membership, and so on, but to any group
of people who either identify themselves as having something in common with one
another, OR who can be usefully categorized analytically as having something in
common by outsiders. Politics is the set of hierarchies and power relationships that
exist in a given society and culture, as well as the structures and procedures that
members of that society use to enact or change those power relationships, as well as
the policies and laws that formally embody them and establish the rules by which
that society and culture operate.
