A Door and Accessories Installation Inspection

Doors with perimeter mounting flanges shall be installed with flashing

Fire rated doors or windows required to have a 0.75, 1.0 or 1.5 hour fire
protection rating shall be either automatic or self closing assemblies; Fire
rated doors installed across a corridor shall be automatic closing SAES-M-100

automatically in the event of a power failure.

Swinging fire doors shall not have less than two hinges when the door is
up to 1524mm (60in) in height, an additional hinge shall be installed for SAES-M-100

Hinges, except for spring hinges, shall be of the ball bearing or
