in this situation and explain why they might feel this way.

Answer:
Situation 3; A person might feel a sense of stress because of the big number of workloads given
to him/her in her studies as well as the additional responsibilities to his/her friends and family.

2. List two thoughts they may be thinking that are associated with each emotion.

Answer:
1. “How can I manage my time with so many things to do? I want to quit and relax; I just want
to be free from these responsibilities.”
2. “Can I do all these things without failing anyone, especially my self and others? I don’t want
to continue anymore; I feel so lost and I don’t know what to do. Please someone help me.”

3. Explain one strategy that would help this person to manage each emotion before making a
decision.
Answer: An effective strategy would be to not mind the number of workloads very seriously
because it can just give tension to one’s brain and emotion, disabling them to see the simplest
and most effective way to deal with the problems. One should be look for inspiration from one
of your loved ones and try to find peace in dealing with those problems head on. Don’t think
too much about the problems and just be open-minded and face everything with a smile on
your face.
4. Explain what your decision would be in the situation.
Answer: My decision would be to relax myself whenever I feel stressed. Try to find something
that can make me feel relaxed in order to pace myself in dealing with those kinds of problems.
Always find a way to smile despite the number of workloads and responsibilities given to me.
Always think positive thoughts in dealing with problems in order not to feel stressed and to
always keep moving forward.
