We, a Fourth-Year student of Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education

Major in Home Economics (BTLED-HE) of BISU Clarin-Campus will conduct a food
tasting for our thesis.

In connection with this, we would like to request permission from the office to
allow us to conduct a food tasting on November 22, 2021 at 8-12 AM with the thirty (30)
respondents break down as follows:

 3 instructors of Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education

 5 instructors of Bachelor of Science and Hospitality Management
 22 BISU personnel’s
