 Based on the concepts, Health Regulation is an important responsibility of a business. This is a


legal requirement for business to operate ensuring the safety and health of the employees,
stakeholders, suppliers and especially the customers/clients. All employers, whatever the size of
the business, must make the workplace safe, prevent risks to health, make sure that tools and
equipment are safe to use, make sure safe working practices are set up and followed, make sure
that all materials are handled, stored and used safely, provide adequate first aid facilities. Each
employer covered by the provisions, policies or regulation shall furnish his workers a place of
employment free from hazardous conditions that are causing or are likely to cause death, illness
or physical harm to his workers. Through complying with the health regulation, elevating
business that ensurea the quality, security and safety will run smoothly in progress.

Visit a nearest salon in your community. Try to assess their services with their clients. Observe health
and safety protocol. Answer the following questions afterwards.
1. Did staff promptly greet you once you arrived?

 No. Their are just merely talking then they just entertain you once they feel your presence.

2. Was your service provider running on time?

 Maybe.

3. Did you receive a thorough consultation before your services?

 I have received consultation by not that customer friendly approach.

4. How well did your service provider understand your needs and achieve your desired results?
 They just ask me about stuffs then suggest what they want to do.

5. Did they recommend products for at-home care?

 Yes. They recommended a natural remedies and care.

6. Were you asked by staff to schedule your next appointment?

 Yes. But not that clear talks because they also talking to other employees.

7. How was your overall front desk experience?

 Honestly, there is nobody on the front desk that time but still others staffs merely look on me
when I go in and just impolitely ask what I want.

8. How well do you feel the services you received were worth the money you spent?

 Not that worth it, because I paid the right for service but they never met my expectations and
satisfaction as their client.

9. How likely is it that you’ll re-visit our salon/spa soon?

 Maybe I will have other salon soon.

10. How likely are you to recommend our salon/spa to your family or friends?

 If that was the treatment and the service. I will recommend other establishment to my family or
friends knowing what their treatment is.
