What is SPID?

 SPIDs(subscriber profile IDs) are service policy indexes predefined by operators for UEs.
 The operator registers UE SPIDs (1 to 256) in a home subscriber server (HSS) database. eNodeB performs
special processing for the services of the UEs based on these SPIDs.
 The Figure shows how an SPID is transmitted across the entire network.
