Tell me about yourself:

I am Venkateswar Rao, shortly called as Venki. I have completed my B.Tech Computer Science &
Engineering in 2008. Although market was not flouring well for fresh passed out graduates that year, I
was able to get selected in a small firm, Remote Tiger Software Solutions as a process associate. I
worked there for couple of months but had an unfortunate leg fracture and took a break. Immediately
after recovering, I did few courses on Java and Software Testing from NIIT. I am eagerly looking for a job
opportunity where I can demonstrate my capabilities and skills..

2. Strengths:
Positive attitude, problem solving skills, self confidence, ability to work under pressure, highly flexible
strong self motivation and initiative.

3. Weaknesses:
I like to work with a sense of urgency and at times push the project team when all of us are not the same
wave length. Classic case of this example is how we have completed our B.tech final year project.

5. How do you handle Stress/Pressure

1. Stress is very important to me. With stress, I do the best possible job. The appropriate
way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress
and bad stress. I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.
2. I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging
environment.

Want to fulfill all of my job responsibilities accurately and on time.

Anger to me means loss of control. I do not lose control. When I get stressed, I step back, take a
deep breath, thoughtfully think through the situation and then begin to formulate a plan of
action.

 My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take
on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I can.
 I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in technology forum.
