Session in Brief

The tussle between subjectivity and objectivity began with picking our brains about which
was more objective, a simple operation such as 1+1 or something as universal as a smile. An
interesting discussion followed, only to show that we all thought unidimensionally in a
multidimensional world.
We went on to know the course outline of BOB-I and the marking scheme associated. Then,
the introduction to the nitty-gritty of PLPs and Quizzes, in addition to the final exams
followed. The marking system in the quizzes is also something we don’t see every day, to
maximise or to play safe is a decision to make
The class ended with a question. What is the difference between Animals and Humans? Do
animals act or react?

Key Learnings

Persons, actions, and reactions put together to determine behaviour. Humans are some
mathematical, but highly subjective and behaviour is what brings in that subjectivity to
humans.

Action Plan

Pick our brains to find an answer to the questions thrown at us and understand the word,
“Behaviour”, and how to better understand to align the goals of the organisation in
accordance to the human capital of the organisation which is highly subjective.
