Session in Brief

The first thing that was explained in the session was the topic of deep diversity
that was introduced in the last class. How each person has different values and
how they can bring a fresh perspective onto the table followed by a brief
discussion on the same.
Then we did a classroom exercise on the Multiple Intelligence Theory where we
answered questions on character traits. We further collated our responses to
form the score for varients of intelligence such as Kinesthetic, Interpersonal,
Intra-Personal, Mathematical, Rythmic, Liguistic, Spatial. A discussion on the
results of the exercise with the class showed the dominant character traits of
each of us and how the varying level of each intelligence makes up the
differences between us.

Key Learnings

Looking into the deep diversity factor of a team and the values that form the
individual, and how it can impact my team in future can make me a better
manager.
Introspecting on the results of the exercise can help us in shaping ourselves into
better individuals

Action Plan

To look into the deep diversity factor of a team and the values that form the
individual and indulge in introspection on the results of the exercise and shape
myself into a well-rounded individual.
