We’ve all had some version of these dreams. For trauma survivors dreams can
become repetitive, create the secondary stresses of insomnia or fear of going to
sleep, along with the tertiary problems of fatigue, irritability, lack of focus and
excess caffeine.
Join us for this interactive workshop to gain skills and methods to treat both general
and post-traumatic nightmares. Multiple methods to safely resolve nightmares for
children and adults will be presented, including use of imagery, body based,
cognitive, and spiritual resources, classic dreamwork methods, and the GAIA*
Method (*Guided Active Imagination Approach) designed by the presenter. Bring
your own or client dreams (adhering please to confidentiality and permissions.)
