1.1 Definitions
1) Alstom: Employees of Alstom or its designated representative.
2) Manufacturer: Company or factory responsible for manufacturing of component / part.
3) May: This word is used to indicate a course of action permissible within the
limits of the standard.
4) Shall: This word is used to indicate mandatory requirements strictly to be
followed in order to conform to the standard and from which no deviation
is permitted.
5) Supplier: Company or factory to which inquiry or order is awarded.

3.1 Design
3.1.1 Technical data
1) Grain grading: 0-4 mm
2) Spreading rate: > 25 cm
3) Volume increase: 0.5 vol. percent max.
4) Handling time: 50 to 75 minutes
5) Begin and end of solidification: approx. 120 and 250 minutes respectively
6) Addition of water: if required, see mixing instructions of suppliers
