- We know that in highly competitive marketplace, service quality has been number
one of the most important for gaining a sustainable competitive advantage and gaining
customers confidence and service quality can also provide the hospitality industry with a great
opportunity to create competitive differentiation for organizations. Physical facilities, employees,
and materials are the three dimensions of service excellence. It's also broken down into two

quality has three dimensions: functional quality, environmental quality, and technological quality.
Another method revealed that service quality had five dimensions: certainty, dependability,
empathy, and responsiveness.

 What are the impacts (negative and positive) of COVID-19 on local and international
tourism?

OF 30 YEARS AGO. Also, it says here that Travel and tourism is one of the worst-affected

including the closure of several borders to control the virus. Also, the negative part of
impacts on local and international are a lot of employees lost their jobs and due to loss,
their job some of them they find another way to survive and to fulfill the needs of their
family through being hardworking because of that howsoever they still survive and a lot of
people learn how to save their money, they know their needs and wants. I noticed that
because of pandemic there are many emerging foods that are now very popular and many
the other small business been dared to push their product even though we are still on
pandemic.

 What are the current issues in tourism today? Explain.

- The currently issues in tourism are Covid-19 and tourism. Covid-19 known as a
virus and it’s been almost 1 year past and we still here. COVID-19, a new coronavirus
strain known as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) that has
had a greater impact on tourism and travel behavior than any other disease outbreak in
recent memory, has had a greater impact on tourism and travel behavior than any other

Tourism is been currently issues as far the past day it’s because of Tourism is seeking
empirically-based studies on COVID-19's effects on markets, destinations, organizations
and businesses, consumers, destination communities, transit zones, and tourism
