ts since last status report:
Settled on a new communication scheme between sensors and Raspberry Pi. Whole team is on board.
Decided to refurbish previous year’s ground station design. Obtained design documents for the ground station.
Subscale launch was successful and the subscale-computer collected flight data (not that its very usable due to the body of the vehicle causing undesired
trajectory).
Made the decision to not use the GPS module as there are GPS devices in other subsystems of the vehicle that data can be used for trajectory and recovery
verification.
Seokhee is developing the full scale PCB designs before winter break. The rest of the team is learning and writing communication protocols for communication
between the Raspberry Pi and all devices (radio, altimeter, IMU, and servos)
With eight people, we cannot find a consistent meeting time for us all - we are having a hard time using our additional team members to effectively reduce the
workload due to the amount of software construction during this phase of the project
We have no consistent meeting time and it has caused those most available to carry the brunt of the work.
