RETELLING :

Zainudin was a blood of minang-makassar .blood of minang he got from his father side white blood of
bugis he got from his mother side.after is parents passed away ,zainudin wanted to visit his
bako.because of his strong will,mak base gave him her permission.

Zainudin went to batipuh.there,he lived with his mak tuo.every day he learned education of religion
and tradition from the elders.until one day he met with hayati,his first sight love.

Zainudin was not minangnese,he was not monosyllabic and nation .even though,his father was
native,but he did not give him native culture.that is why he just stayed and there is no relative that
admitted him.that is the reason why his love feuled and did not blessed by hayati family.

His sorrow got more deeper when he saw hayati with all her heart and soal married with another man
aho was a native minangkabau .because of that he had a ill heallh from heart broken .until after 2
mouths,he had a strong will to forget his love and left to the land and java ,a place where he became a
successful man.there is no more zainudin ,there is only sabir which mean a patient person.

In short ,hayati ‘s husband got bankrupt because of his habit that always gambled,played with another
women,even he had no shame when he depended his life on a person lowever zainudin ,or that we
know as sabit,accepted hayati and her husband to live together in his house.

Ontil one day hawati received a clivorce papers from her husband zainudin with his kind and patient
heart he paind for hayati ship expenses to went to minangkabau .even though hayati still wanted to
live together with zaunudin but zainudin refused .however the ship that hayati go in had an accident
and hayati died from that .that was a really hard shock for zainudin because of his own ego his love
died.
