 The Management Plan


 A management plan describes how an organization or business is run.
 Entrepreneurship versus Management
 An entrepreneur is focused on new business venture whereas the main focus
of management is to manage the on-going operation. Ownership of an organization

stays with entrepreneur whereas management is an employee of the organization.


 Management Expertise
 Management is the process of dealing with or controlling things or people.
 Expertise is consensually defined as elite, peak, or exceptionally high levels of
performance on a particular task or within a given domain. 
 Managerial expertise is the attainment of having master managers throughout the
organization.

Market analysis, Strategy and Implementation, Organization and Management Team,
Financial plan and projections.
