III. Technical Aspect
Should be based on what you have found out on your marketing feasibility.
A. Service Description
- Specify the physical product. Discuss the contents. General description of the characteristic
of the proposed business including what industry it will be part of. It is more of coming out
with a clear picture of business, general to specific.
B. Service Process
- Manufacturing Process. Describe the process flow of your operation of your service. Come
up with a flow chart or diagram. How you do your business. Flow chart from raw materials
to finish product. Explain the diagram.
C. Fixed assets and supplies
- Property, Plant, and Equipment. Vehicles such as company trucks, office furniture,
machineries, buildings. Office supplies, desk supplies, papers, cartridge, writing
instruments. Under that category supplies, factory supplies, production supplies, janitorial
supplies, lubricants, rags. Machineries must be individually listed according to type and
used. Their specification, specifications, cost, and types must be discussed, as well as
manner and cost of transporting them must be indicated. Origin should be included/taken
note (either acquired locally or international) Create a chart with 5 rows. 1st row – items,
machinery/equipment. 2nd – number of units. 3rd – price per unit. 4th – origin (local or
foreign). 5th – total price of machinery/equipment

D. List of Suppliers
- Identify 3 suppliers (companies or businesses) that will provide all the supplies you need.
Describe, brief description including their location, address. Expound.
E. Site location Analysis
- Location of manufacturing plant. Consider 3 site location. Give a thorough and
comparative analysis for each of the potential location. Determine the ideal site of business
and expound the reason why you chose a location. Consider accessibility or availability of
raw material, next, availability and cheap/ moderately price of utilities (water, gas, etc.) 3rd
consideration of plant location, lesser cost of transporting raw materials. 4 th it can be the

F. Location Map
- Put an aerial view of the location. Other than that, draw a map and chart of the proposed

- Blueprint of your proposed business (interior). It should be clearly depicted through

H. Utility and labor Requirements
- These are the power, water, communication/internet, and fuel utilities. Describe the
amount, cost and sources of power, water, etc. Come up with a projection with how much
will be the cost of those things and multiply per month. General description on labor
requirements (manpower).
I. Uniform of Employees
- Polo shirt, apron, cap. Depends on the nature of the business. Will it have the logo of the
company, explain why you chose that color. Do you have separate uniforms for your
employees?
J. Safety Measures
- Activity or precautions taken to improve and increase productivity of employees, safety
measure, exit door in case of emergency, noise screening, emergency shower in case of
fire, PPE of employees. Propose safety measures for employees. Include the costs.
K. Sanitation and waste Disposal
- Waste management of company. Description of the quantity of the waste for disposal and
the cost involve. Analysis can be expanded in analysis of further using the waste. Depends
on the nature of business. If you need additional equipment to handle wastes and propose
waste management system.
IV. MANAGEMENT ASPECT
