MY COMPANY IS NOT IN A GOOD MOMENT

Companies around the world are developing new marketing strategies that allow
them to grow in the business field; however,
there are some moments in which companies
start decreasing because of the mismanagement of
directors, employees, supervisors and others.
Every day, there is an opportunity to invest in
the market; for example, nowadays, Ecopetrol is
one of the biggest and strongest companies in
Colombia, this one is saving a lot of budget for future business and partnerships;
also, this company is getting to its peak about performance and services, it is
widely known that it provides excellent conditions to employees and clients. So,
we can conclude that Ecopetrol is facing a good moment because of the
supervision that all the directors, subdirectors and
managers provide. However, this situation is not the
same for every company; Auteco, the vehicle
company, is going through a hard time; they are

getting a lot of complaints in their assessments and many partnerships are leaving
the company because of the bad performance it has had during the last years.
Employees say that the company is not providing the best strategies to the audience
and even to the workers; they state that they company is not paying them salaries at
time and that there are many stipulations to get to new job positions; therefore,
many workers are leaving the company and they don’t want to do any type of
mediations with it. However, Auteco predecessors consider that is just a bad time
that the company is dealing with; they think that every day the company is
spreading in little steps and it will soon reach the ceiling.
