Introduction

The work environment is the human and physical environment in which daily work takes

place. It influences staff satisfaction and therefore productivity. It is related to the "know-

how" of the manager, with the behavior of the people, with their way of working and

relating, with their interaction with the company, with the machines that are used and

with the activity of each one. It is senior management, with its culture and its

management systems, which provides - or not - the appropriate terrain for a good work

environment.

The workers' second home is their workplace, since more than eight hours a day are

regularly spent living with co-workers. Because organizations are systems that have

factors that can be changed internally, it is important to know the environment that exists

within an organization. One way to know this environment is through the work

environment, since having a pleasant environment together with effective leadership, the

workers of any organization will be of great help in achieving the fulfillment of goals and

objectives. The analysis of the work environment makes it possible to detect factors that

positively or negatively affect productivity.

In this evidence, we will show the policies involved in the work environment of our LEM

company and how the plan will be carried out.

The New Way of Working

Since the industrial revolution, work has been a boring and monotonous matter for

everyone, being locked up, waiting more than an hour to reach customers, etc., now

technology and advances in communication allow us to be closer to customers and

interact with them through chat and conferences.

These advances allowed us to obtain great results since the communication will allow us

to specify clients and business in a timely manner and in real time, thus generating jobs

of more interest and with more time for the worker.

This can be of great benefit to companies since it would save a lot of money by not

having to make trips, rentals of event rooms, hotels, etc.

This can allow companies to require more staff and thus generate more jobs.

The ways of hiring personnel will also undergo positive changes since candidates can be

registered by means of special software, present psych technical tests and everything

related to their hiring and training.

In conclusion, the future employment in ten years is summarized in the media, work

through systems and little face-to-face interaction. This, although it can also bring its

negative sides, will allow many employees not to have to move to offices but to work

from home and improve their quality of life.

1. Create an environment of trust between management and employees:

The central idea is the creation of an environment of trust to achieve the maximum

involvement and effectiveness of the company's employees. One of the best instruments

to achieve this environment is holding meetings between managers and employees.

2. Make employees feel heard:

A correct interpretation of what employees tell us is also essential. For this, it is very

useful to repeat what we have heard, but using our words, and asking if it is correct. This

active listening is the best tool to generate the desired climate of trust, and increase

employee motivation, making them feel valued.


3. Boost training:

Through courses and training activities, we are going to get employees to set periodic

goals to assimilate new knowledge, developing their professional career.

If workers have the feeling of learning and increasing their professional skills, their

involvement with the company and the desire to stay will be greater. They will take pride

in these goals, their self-esteem and satisfaction with the company will improve, and they

will even be able to promote the company among their other contacts.

4. Encourage healthy competition:

The best method to congratulate the employees of your organization is through a system

of rewards for their achievements. In this way, you can apply some gamification within

the company, and motivate workers with awards, as they achieve their goals.

This award system can be combined with another one for ranking points. This promotes

healthy competition among employees, improving their performance.

5. Implement or host social responsibility projects:

It is very positive to convey to the employees and clients of the company that the

organization is integrated into the social environment that it contributes to social

communities and to the social, economic, and environmental development of society. For

a collaborator, seeing that their work generates not only economic benefits, but also well-

being for the community can be an important factor of involvement.
