The work environment is a concept determined by many different variables. Strengthening a good

working environment and optimizing it means being aware of the need to take an active position, by

the managers of the companies, to improve the productivity of the company.

1. Create an environment of trust between management and collaborators: The Human

Resources department can establish a calendar of individual meetings between managers

and collaborators, in addition to providing an agenda of these feedback meetings, so that

everything important is discussed and the continuous improvements established in these

meetings are applied.
