The electro-associated project will work with the objective of creating policies and a

The needs of the work environment have changed in recent decades as a result of
greater concern for the quality of working life. In other words, companies have
detected that offering better working conditions in different areas such as benefits,
development and empowerment results in job achievements.

That is why in the Electro Associates project we will use these techniques to ensure
that the employee is in good working conditions and motivated with the objective of
achieving excellent results.
