Presentación en el formato de su preferencia sobre políticas para mejorar el

ambiente laboral de una empresa, redactadas en idioma inglés:

One of the most important elements within the companies is the Human
resource, the management of the workers becomes an important challenge for
managers so they can take advantage of their employees' abilities
their knowledge and turn that into profits for the company.
Intellectual capacity, independence, creativity, proactivity and commitment are
good characteristics desired to be able to choose a person and incorporate it
into the company's team. The person aspiring to be part of the team must
demonstrate that they are capable of solving different tasks in an efficient
manner, and that they assume their responsibilities with commitment.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing good working
conditions, taking into account the welfare of the worker and the needs of the
company.
This department is the connection between the strategies of the company and
policies and better results of workers, among its most visible activities we find:
