One of the most important elements within the companies is the Human
resource, the management of the workers becomes an important challenge for
managers so they can take advantage of their employees' abilities

good characteristics desired to be able to choose a person and incorporate it
into the company's team. The person aspiring to be part of the team must
demonstrate that they are capable of solving different tasks in an efficient

The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing good working
