TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. Organize a document in the format of your choice where you will perform the
activities in this section.

2. Enter the learning object The Market Thing: "KNOWING MY TEAM", located
in the activity Project 21 Supervise the work team". Watch the video tutorial
contained in the "Let's listen" section, and write a paragraph of at least 10 lines,
expressing the main ideas contained in it.

3. Download and read the texts contained in the "Let's read" section. Perform the
reading comprehension activity in the section and take screenshots for each
question, including the final result. Add the screenshots to the document.

4. Based on human resource management, write a presentation where you point out
the policies for your own project, with the objective of promoting an adequate work
environment in your company.

5. In the "Vocabulary" section, drag each word with the corresponding concept.
Take screenshots of each group of words and add them to the document.

1. I was able to analyze in the video tutorial contained in the section "Let's listen"
the

topic to discuss is about the work environment we need to create in order to achieve
the best results and create committed team workers, also highlights First, it is
important to keep in mind that in most companies one of the most important areas is
the area of human resources, and this is essential for good and leadership. It tells us
the importance of learning to treat employees, giving them a special working
environment, to meet the company's objectives and emphasizes the importance of
teamwork as a strategy to achieve high quality objectives and operational
performance.

Video: The New Way Of Working Tsince the industrial revolution working for
many people has meant going to an undesirable place and being locked up because
this is the only place that provided the necessary resources with the new way of
working almost all resources will be mobilized, The new way of working will allow
employees not to attend meetings physically but by means of chats or
videoconferencing no matter where they are through the mobile hardware. It will
also allow companies to contact their colleagues and customers in an easier way.
This new way of working will drive the company to be more competitive, because
employees spend more time to visit their customers, go to conferences or events.
There will be systems that will be able to verify and follow the employee's
commitment, ethics and knowledge. This environment will be created so that
everyone can work and can be used by anyone in the company, aiming to work
faster and more effective. However, when there is no connection this new form of
work will be affected, but it is expected that in future everyone will have the ability
to be online and that the data connection will appropriate mobile devices.

3. POLICY

Within an organization, the policies are an administrative orientation for the


workers, in addition these will be implemented in order that the work is developed
in the best way and the objectives that have been drawn up in advance are reached.
Just as every organization is different from one another, so are its policies. These
will be based on the philosophy and needs of each company as such.

For this ACRIMA SAS will create the following types of policies:
1. determine where to recruit staff (inside or outside the organization), how and
under what conditions to recruit them.

2. establish the criteria by which the personnel needed will be selected and their
quality standards in terms of both physical and intellectual aptitudes, as well as
experience and developmental capacity, taking into account the total number of
positions that exist within the organization.

3. will also define the criteria for planning, distribution and internal transfer of
personnel, to define the career plan of each individual which will allow him to have
new future possibilities to grow within the company.

4. analyze the quality of the staff, through performance evaluation, determining


how the work is being done and its real efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Hygiene and safety are also very important factors, since it must be promoted
because there are favorable physical and environmental conditions to carry out any
work within the organization.
