Training workers so that they acquire the knowledge and the ways in which they should
carry out their work is a very important challenge for each of the company
managements, as it is also of the utmost importance that they know their workers so
that in this way make the most of their skills and abilities, looking for ways to use those
skills for the success of the company.

Each company must create or try to create a friendly work environment in its
organization, in which each of its workers feels comfortable and has the opportunity to
give their best, developing their work activities in the best possible way.
With the passage of time, companies have adapted to the technological advances that
have been presented and that have generated the development of different business
structures in which each member of the work team has specific functions and
responsibilities to achieve the objectives proposed by the organization.

Coworking is a space where freelancers, entrepreneurs or employees have the partial


or total modality of teleworking in which they can work on the same project developing
each of their activities to achieve their objectives.
Each of the members of the organization have adapted to the new trends which they
have incorporated to continue advancing in the labor market.

ORGANIZATION

The sports fashion store has created policies that govern the administrative orientation
of our organization, in the same way these are put into practice in order to provide our
workers with a more pleasant place and work environment, which is of a lot of influence
so that they develop in the best way and with greater efficiency when carrying out their
functions.

It is taken into account that each company is different, each one is governed by
different policies which are based on the needs of the goods and services they handle,
so the sports fashion store has created the following policies to govern its organization:

 Define the measures and profiles under which the work team and its capabilities
will be chosen, taking into account the total number of vacancies that exist in the
organization.

 Determine the site from which staff will be selected.

 Determine the criteria for planning, distribution and internal transfer of personnel,
in such a way that their capacities are taken into account so that they can favor the
company in its development and growth.

 Study through the performance of each of the members of the work team the quality
of the same and their skills, in the same way the efficiency and effectiveness that
they have in their work functions.

 Promote a pleasant work environment both personally and in the hygiene of the
area, this will generate better performance by workers.
