Technological advances are important not only for social life but also for working life, since now

there is greater productivity, competition to attend meetings without the need for physical

presence, as there are many tools offered, such as chats, videoconferences, emails, social

networks among many others. This allows its employees to expedite their tasks much faster and

have greater coverage and contact with their customers and competition, as well as an effective

organization with a presence in different areas of the market. The new labor techniques that

allow to extend the name of a company much faster.

Human aura policy:

ADARA is characterized by keeping in balance the harmony of beauty and aura, as well as the

love for nature and its benefits, this allows people who work in ADARA to promote positive,

cheerful attitudes and in total complementation with the organization to the time to develop their

functions, as well as motivation to develop and implement the benefits of being an ADARA

collaborator.
