Since the industrial revolution the way of working for many people has
meant going to a specific place because it is the only space that provided
the company to develop the work activity, however, the world we know today
is no longer the same, the digital revolution makes it necessary to redefine
the traditional patterns of work, such as place, time and working conditions,
allowing new activities and roles in the employment of the future, to be
transformed from the present in a progressive but dynamic way. Innovations
give rise to new tasks and the digitalization of companies grows rapidly in
the convergence of different technologies, this digital revolution will generate
new jobs for those who have the right skills to make the transition to this
reality, as it is essential to develop the skills that future jobs will require.

PROMOTING RESPECT
A boss who orders and asks for tasks in a brusque, dismissive, and loud
manner will demonstrate a lack of leadership and empathy. All this is
detrimental to the work environment, productivity and personal relationships.
Flexibility in the face of different situations that arise in the workplace and
that are dealt with in a personalized manner, generates a positive work
environment that fosters business success.
EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION
Approaching employees and gaining their trust is one of the main tasks to
encourage a good working environment. Thanking the team for their work
and recognizing their merits is a way to send a clear message to all
employees, who will feel valued and at ease working with the company's
managers and will not hesitate to turn to them for new proposals or
concerns.
SUITABLE WORKPLACE
Not everyone works productively at the same hours and flexible working
hours also help to reconcile family and personal life. Employees will
appreciate the gesture and feel valued in a personalized way.
Carrying out activities outside the company's premises will reinforce the idea
of teamwork and camaraderie. It is an ideal way to combat stress in a more
relaxed environment. Integration is essential to improve the organizational
climate and commitment to the organization.
