The new way of working allows employees to attend meetings not physically but
via video conference no matter where they are via mobile. It will also allow
companies to get in touch with their colleagues and customers in an easier way.
This new way of working will encourage the company to be more competitive,
since employees spend less time visiting their clients, attending congresses or
events. Systems are in place that can verify and track employee engagement,
ethics, and knowledge. This environment will be created so that everyone can work
and can be used by anyone in the company, with the aim of working faster and
more effectively. However, when there is no connection, this new way of working
will be affected, but it is expected that in the future everyone will have the ability to
be online and that the data connection will become the norm for mobile devices.

The work environment is determined by many variables. Promoting a good work
environment and optimizing it means being able to take an active position, on the
part of the company's managers, to improve the company's efficiency and
productivity. A good work environment lasts when there is equality of conditions
among all employees, when the same help is given to all equally and where
respect is the main principle in the treatment among all.

 One of the most important is to make my employees feel listened to:


Listening means not just listening, but paying attention and assimilating
what is heard. It is very important not to get distracted in the conversation
with a collaborator, even putting aside what we are doing if necessary, and
giving them a solution to the problem they have or advising them to be able
to get them out of their worries, motivating them to go ahead and be focus
on achieving your goals despite the difficulties you have.

 To promote healthy competition, it is very important that the "competition" is


guided by honesty, respect for others and healthy rivalry, as this motivates
them to break their limits and surpass themselves. The rules of the game
and the objectives must be very clear at all times and it must be fair for
everyone.

The recognition of achievements implies greater motivation, both for the


winner and for the other workers.

 Create an environment of trust among employees: the Human


Resources department should establish individual meetings between
managers and employees where employees can freely express how they
currently feel, where they can express their problems and concerns and
managers actively listen to them in order to strengthen those bonds of trust
among all, in addition to providing an agenda for these feedback meetings,
so they can discuss everything important, such as the continued progress
made in these meetings.
