FPT AGAISNT COVID-19: FROM CORPORATION TO INDIVIDUAL

No matter who, from large units to small units, is united against the Covid-19
epidemic with their ability.

Understanding the grief and turmoil: thousands of people died, tens of

thousands of businesses closed, millions of workers lost their jobs, and more
painful than thousands of children who lost their parents due to Covid-19. Less
than 24 hours since the idea, on 16/09/2021, FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh
announced the establishment of the school and provided for the entire
nurturing and training of 1,000 children who had lost their parents because of
Covid-19.

The program "SAN SẺ YÊU THƯƠNG GIỮA MÙA ĐẠI DỊCH" organized by the
Student Relation Office of FPT University Can Tho, provides food support,
essential necessities to students stuck in Can Tho unable to return to their
hometown cause social distancing due to Covid-19. The program was divided
into 3 phases: phase 1 on 18/08/2021, SRO gave 45 boxes of noodles, 255kg of
rice, eggs and vegetables to 45 students with the amount of money is 17,900,000
VND; phase 2 on 29/08/2021 with 42 gifts with a total amount of 22,372,000
VND (including 822,000 VND in the first phase); phase 3 on 14/09/2021, with
the second phase's inventory of VND 6,768,000, 26 more students were helped.
The money that the Student Relation Office Department has to support students
is from donors.

On 26/07/2021, F-Active Club of FPT Can Tho University donated 1,000,000

VND for the program "CHUYẾN XE YÊU THƯƠNG - MANG YÊU THƯƠNG
ĐẾN MỌI NHÀ" by the youth of the city, Pacific high school, Can Tho Education,
Training Industry Trade Union implement and support all kinds of necessities
for disadvantaged people struggling to make a living, blockade areas, and
students facing difficulties during a strong outbreak cause Covid-19 in Can Tho
city.

Many FPT students across the country have signed up as volunteers,

participating in the intense to fight Covid-19. In Can Tho, prominent that
Nguyen Thuan Phat (20 years old), a first-year student at FPT University Can
Tho, despite facing a high risk of infection as a driver carrying F0 and F1, he still
do not mind difficulties and hardships. For Phat, helping people, helping the
community to contribute to the local victory over the epidemic is the greatest
happiness right now.
