Developmental Self-care Requisites 


1. Protecting and maintaining the developmental environment- Went for a second
opinion and proper consultation after the treatment she received for years was not
effective. Patient is able to do basic activities but finds difficulty in doing works which
includes more movements

4. Health Deviation Self-care Requisites 


1. Seeking and securing appropriate medical assistance- Went to MC Hospital for
proper consultation when the treatment she received from a local hospital did not 
work.
2. Being aware of and prepared for effects and results of pathological conditions-
Patient is not fully aware of her condition and its effects on her daily life.
2. Effective implementation of medically prescribed diagnostic, therapeutic, and
rehabilitative measures- No specific activity stated but has done activities that reduces
the pain
2. Being aware of and prepared for effects of medical care- Patient lacks awareness
and knowledge about her illness despite receiving treatment, and it may exacerbate her
condition
2. Modifying the self-concept and self image in a particular state of health- No
problem. 
2. Learning to live with effects of pathological conditions- She has had the symptoms
for five years but was able to do ADL by herself although the way she does may cause
further complications.
