In a mixing bowl MIX cake flour/baking powder/salt (DRY) (use wire whisk)
In a mixing bowl MIX water/oil/vanilla (LIQUID)
1. In a mixing bowl Beat Egg yolk (use hand mixer) & gradually add sugar(50g)
– gradually add (mixed) liquid Ingredients – gradually add (mixed) Dry Ingredients
2. PREPARE MIRANGE
In a mixing bowl (use hand mixer) MIX Egg white/Cream of Tartar
Gradually Add sugar(40g) until it gets STIFF NOT dry. Note: (Try iangat pataob bowl
pag di na nalalaglag – ok n yun)
P.S.
For Plating presentation bring the ff:
Place Mat/Wine Glass or Tea Set(small) Lemon or Orange/Flower(small base)
Pot Holder/Fork&knife/Tissue/kitchen Towel/Fruits (cherry/strawberry/grapes/peach/orange)
Candies/nuts/gummies etc.
