4. On the General tab you are going to select a date range. Note: we listen to 7 days before and 7 days
after the enrollment.
5. Next select the Call tab to input the phone number. You will have to separate the area code from the
rest of the phone number. Click search.
6. Call results will be loaded. For this call there was one sales call and one enrollment call. The
enrollment call is indicated as the “SA-Sale” in the call status.
7. To play the call you can click on the blue “play” button on the left side.
Searching by the agent’s name
5. In this example I just search by the agent’s last name and you can see there are 2 agents with the
same last name. Select the name of the agent and click Add to Selection and click ok.
6. You will then see this page with the agent you selected.
7. Click search and it will bring up all the agent’s calls for that time frame.
