Module 1: Adolescent-Friendly Health Services

For the appropriate assessment I saw for appropriate assessment I saw the good
presence of a health care service that, when the client arrived at the health center I
could see that the equipment was in order and the client's needs were met and the
communication with the client are kept the confidential of the information, if we should
keep this good system in health services whether if it is a health center or a hospital it
shows good dealing to the patient or client.

Module 2: HEADSSS (Home, Education, Activities, Drugs, Sexuality, Suicide, Safety)

When it comes to HEADSSS (Home, Education, Activities, Drugs, Sexuality, Suicide,

Safety) we must maintain the privacy of the client and the information that the client
says must remain confidential when it comes to activities, drugs, sexual, and nothing
people will know on what has been talked of client to the health care provider.

Module 3: Adolescent Pregnancy

When we are talking to an adolescent about the condition use appropriate language and
we should also avoid that when we are talking to them also avoid being judgmental in
the words mentioned by our client because it will not help the problem that our client is
facing or experiencing and this can even affect his psychosocial being.

Module 4: Adolescent Sexuality (STI and HIV)

Here we need to be careful with what we say when we talk to a client who has such a
disease and we also avoid being judgmental in what we say and hear from our client. As
well as what we say to our client, we must clarify and give meaning so that our client can
better understand what we are saying to him because it will help his health and if he
experiences diseases such as HIV or AIDS he knew what he was going to do.

Module 5: Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs (Substance Use and Misuse)

Here we just need the client to tell the truth and we also avoid judging our client about
his health problem while we are communicate to them, let's give an answer to the
client's problem and we also say why he needs to avoid such activity such as smoking
and drinking alcohol. we must also clarify what we say to our client to meet the needs of
our clients and don’t forget ng confidentiality of the information that the client said.
