This set of our “no-never” it is not meant to substitute our existing company rules and regulations, and our
guidelines for disciplinary action. This only reiterates gross violations of our policies; rules and regulations,
which when not fulfilled may be lead to immediate termination, legal prosecution or others.

In connection with my employment with HUMAN RESOURCE SOLUTIONS, INC. with the assignment

NEVER TO:

 Commit any act of dishonesty, including falsification, forgery, stealing, theft, misrepresentation,
alteration, and concealment of matters which may be damaging to company.
 Use money from the daily sales or the petty cash for personal use.
 Fail to make deposit daily.
 Fail to attach proper documents on petty cash expenses.
 Use company property (i.e. merchandise, equipment, supplies, promotional products) for personal
gain.
 Hand over cash funds and store records/documents to anybody without approval of authorized
signatories.
 Reveal any confidential company business related matter to unauthorized personnel, be it an
outsider or a company employee.
 Deliberately damage any company property.
 Breach or violate any company security including leaving the safe, cash register, stock room, back
walls, and showcases open and unlocked.
 Report to work under the influence or possession of alcohol, narcotics and other similar
substances.
 Have in my possession of firearms or any deadly or dangerous weapons within company premises.
 Gamble within company premises.
 Participate in brawls riots, threat.
 Commit any unethical, immoral and illegal act which may be damaging to the company’s image.
 Harass including but not limited to sexual harassment, co-employees, subordinates, customers,
visitors and others.
 Solicit or accept gifts/tips from customers.
 Discriminate customers and co-employees based on their race, color, religion, national, origin, sex,
disability, age or physical looks.
 Engage in money lending with any of the store personnel and or/within company premises.
 Be absent or late without valid reason.
 Be absent without official leave.
 Fail to wear the required uniform while inside the store.
 Fail to observe proper hygiene and grooming.

Having read this list and the company policy rules and regulations, I hereby acknowledge and state that I
fully understood that any breach of the listed no-never pledges may lead up to corresponding disciplinary
action, which may include termination of my contract with the company or even legal prosecution.
