A. Khan Baba World Services (KBWS) Pvt. Ltd is established in January 2018 under section 16 of the
companies’ Act-2017 (XIX of 2017) based in Islamabad. It is worth mentioning that MALALA
YOUSUF ZAI the Noble Prize winner and MS. HINA KHAN, who was nominated for the same
prize, are members of this organization.
We are working in collaboration with Pakistan Army to reinforce peace in KPK, Baluchistan, Sindh, AJK,
Gilgit Baltistan and Islamabad. It has its Office at House No 64 Street Number 66 G6/4 Islamabad, Phone
Number 051-2602604 (Party-A)

Party B:

Roles & Responsibilities:

The following shall be the rules and responsibilities of each Party:

A. Party A
Party-A which is KBWS, will be responsible for;

 Selection, invitation, coordination and facilitation of donor agencies/Government Organizations.

 To approach Government officials for financial and technical support.
 To approach and coordinate with government Agencies/ officials.
 To monitor the projects and provide technical support in planning of agreed projects.

B. Party B.

Party-B that is ____________________ CNIC NO. ____________will be responsible as a focal point for
all the project
 To open a functioning office in Blue Area, Islamabad within two days of signing of this MOU and two
representatives from both parties will sit in that office.
 To get a project, and all matters anciallary to but not limited to taking prior permissions and approvals
will be made from the Prime Minister of Pakistan

 Will provide Financial Support in all borders and Seminars/Press Conferences of Baluchistan, Kpk,
Gilgit and AJK.
 Will bear all the office expenses (vehicle, staff salaries, stationery, telephone, utility bills, food,
security etc.) for said period of project.
 Will hire consultants for development and preparation of all documents as per need of party A.
 Will ensure 80% of the total budget on project and 15 % will be paid to Party-A for monitoring and
arrangement, and 5% will be paid to ------ for sustainability fund
 Procurement of furniture for project office

  Party B will also be responsible to form border committees, borders visits (KPK, Balouchistan, AJK,
Gilgit) and business Development Plan with DCOs and Commandant-FCs.
 Party A and party B will reimburse their cost and expenses made during the project after getting a
project and fund.
 Stationery will be provided for the office purposes as well as websites and social media propagation is
party “B” responsibility
 Party B will be solely responsible for conducting an international Doner Conference For Border
Businesses At Jinaah Convention center Islamabad on or before 1 St week of November 2021.
 The Proposed duration for owing the funds and starting the project will be 3 months.

C. Dispute resolution:
If at any time during the period of this MOU, any party found guilty of any breach or misconduct towards the project
or tried to deviate from the original objective of this MOU, the breach will be resolved through an arbitrator, which
will be appointed through the mutual consent of both the parties, and the decision od that arbitrator will be considered
as the final verdict. No party can directly approach the court without engaging in the arbitration process.

D. Amendment to the MOU:

The modifications/alterations will be mutually discussed and agreed upon in writing. In case of better performance of
Party B, Party A may think international collaboration with party B.

E. Period of Validity:

This MOU is valid for a period of 01 Year and will be continued from the date of its initiation.
F. Reporting:

To ensure optimum effectiveness and efficiency and to minimize ambiguity in communication, the consultant
will report to client directly and no intermediary authority in between.

The parties of this MOU have set their hands together and signed on this day and date aforementioned.
