MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This Memorandum of Understanding is made and executed on this the 22 nd


day of November, 2021 at Hyderabad by & between:

1. Mr. KOSNAM MAHIPAL REDDY S/o NAVAD REDDY, Occ: Business,


age:74Years,
2. Mrs. KOSNAM MADHAVI W/o MAHIPAL REDDY, Occ: Housewife, age: 40
Years,
3. Mrs.KOSNAM KEERTHI D/o MAHIPAL REDDY, Occ: Student, age: 18 years,
4. Mrs. KOSNAM SOWMYA D/o MAHIPAL REDDY, Occ: Student, age: 18 years,

All are Resident of House No.5-25-189/2, Sriramnagar, near Yellamma Temple,


Roadamestri Nagar, Quthbullapur Mandal & Municipality, Medchal- Malkajgiri District,
Telangana.,

Hereinafter called the “FIRST PARTY/s”

AND
1. Mr. MD GHOUSE PASHA QUADRI, S/o. MOHAMMED SULTHAN SAHAB
KHALEDI WAJUDI, aged about 37 years, Occupation: Business, Resident of
House No.16-295, Rodamesttary Nagar, opp: Haji Ali Masjid, Gajula
Ramamram, Ida Jeedimetla, Quthbullapur Mandal& & Municipality, Medchal-
Malkajgiri District, Telangana., AD.No.3881 4982 5158.,

2. Mr. NARRA VENKATESH S/o. NARRA NARSINGA RAO, aged about 34


years, Occupation: Business, Resident of House No.5-25-189/2, Sriram
Nagar, Near Yelamma pochamma Temple, Gajularamaram, Quthbullapur
Mandal & Municipality, Medchal- Malkajgiri District, Telangana.,

Hereinafter called the “SECOND PARTY/s”

Whereas:

The First parties are Ligalires of KOSNAM NARSAMMMA W/O NAVAD


REDDY, who was absconding on since 7yers, and the first party are the only legal
hires who left behind, and she was actual owner of of Agriculture Land to the
extent of Ac.7-6 Gts, in Survey No.112, Situated at Bandavelkicharla, kula
Charla Mandal, Vikarabad District, Telangana., having Patta Pass book
No.473.,
Whereas, the both the property agreed to the follow terms and
condition.

NOW THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. Whereas, the both the property previously made mou regarding the
said property on 22/11/2021.
2. The Second parties had invested Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs
only) for the said property litigations clearance purpose.
3. If the second party cleared the litigations form the encroaches regarding the
said property then the first party should give the said Rs. 4,00,000/-
(Rupees Four Lakhs only) from the share of second parties 50% share.
4. If the said litigation was not cleared by the second party then the first party
should pay Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the second party
without any objections.
5. Whereas, after completion of said property sale transaction the first
party will pay fifty percent share to the second party by deducting
the above said amount i.e Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only)
and same was agreed by both the parties.
6. Both parties declares that she/he/they has already been informed about
this transaction to all their legal heirs and nobody else have any objection
whatsoever in any manner.

7. The contents of this document has been explained to the party of the first
party and the Second parties in their vernacular language and all these
parties understood and agreed the same with sound state of mind.

In witness whereof the both parties have signed on this MEMORANDUM OF


UNDERSTANDING with free will and consent on the day, month and year first
above mentioned.
