Lingam Pally, Barkathpura, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500027. Hereafter called the “Vendor”
( the expression of which shall mean and include his legal heirs, representatives,
administrators and executors etc. ) of the First Party.

Shri KADARI MOHAN S/O. LATE K RAM DAS, Aadhar Number 5062 3450 0958, aged
63 years, Occupation: Contractor, R/o. H.No. 3-4-226 Lingam Pally, Kachiguda, Opp. Jain
Temple, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500 027. Hereafter called the “Vendee” ( the expression of
which shall mean and include his legal heirs, representatives, administrators and executors
etc. ) of the Second Party.
That the first party has received a advance cash of Rs.200,000/- ( Rupees two lakhs )
from the second party by way of cash for a part sale consideration of house
property of first party and advance amount will be adjusted in sale deed at the time
of execution of sale deed, the same has been acknowledged by the first party
In witness whereof the content of this cash advance reciept read over and
explained to both the parties in Hindi and Telugu ( languages known to the parties
having understood the contents thereof, have set and subscribed their respective
hands, free will and consent in the presence of witnesses, on the day, month, year
and the place, herein above mentioned.
