You really did a excellent job with this paper capturing your evolving management philosophy and sythensizing
the course content and major concepts. You explicitly explained how your ideas and stance is grounded in a
student-based management philosophy and techniques of Esquith, Bonner, and others and using Morning
Meetings and other approaches. You also wove the text and citiations in well, supporting your claims. Part 2 of
the paper was also very detailed. A suggestion would be to preface the Self-Care Plan and summarize its
purpose and relate it to your overall philosophy and also the Presence Project was missing from the paper
(though, you did touch on withitness). There are some slight issues with intext citations using APA, 7th edition,
for example, the publication year comes right after the author’s name, not with the page number (According to
Smith (2007), “blah, blah, blah” (p. 126).
