Q1. Explain (ANY 2) (2.5 x 2=5 marks)

Q2.Illustrate Role of bye laws inside the building. (5 marks)

Q3.Write brief note on road hierarchy with any one intersection in appropriate scale.

Q4. Two Nos. multiplex are proposed with occupancy of 200 and 300 seats. Calculate water
requirement, sanitation requirement and parking requirement for each multiplex.
(5 marks)

Q5. A complex has 65, 85 and 50 tenement admeasuring 85 sqm, 65 sqm and 36 sqm each as
carpet area. And shops admeasuring 25 sqm of carpet area. Calculate parking requirement for
different king of vehicles in numbers. (5 marks)

Q6 A residential plot admeasures 20m x 40m on 9m front road. Given FSI is 1.5, front set back is
4.5m and all other setback are minimum 3m. Calculating maximum number of tenements,
schematically design and calculate built up area consuming full FSI.
Write area statement including balcony area, alternate terrace including premium balcony with
key plan & elevation, also calculate parking requirement. Assume and mention suitable data as
per DCR. (10 marks)
